I'm Marco Herrera, a licensed national tour guide based in Quito with more than 16 years of experience helping visitors discover Ecuador. I know that a route that looks short on a map can take longer in real life — especially when mountain roads, weather, stops and altitude are involved.
When you contact me, you're speaking directly with the person helping coordinate your transportation. I can review your proposed itinerary, suggest a more practical sequence of destinations and help you understand the driving times — without charging separately for this initial advice.
My role in a transportation-only booking is coordination and local assistance. A licensed guiding service can be arranged separately if you want one.

Do I need to book a guided tour?
No. You can request transportation only. Hotels, attractions, activities and meals can remain entirely your choice.
Is your itinerary advice really free?
Yes. Initial route suggestions and practical transportation planning are included at no separate charge when you inquire about a transport service. There is no obligation to book.
Will my driver speak English?
Not necessarily. Drivers generally speak Spanish, and some have basic English skills. If English communication is important to you, please tell me before booking so I can discuss available options. A bilingual licensed guide is a separate service.
Can I arrange transportation for several days?
Yes, depending on the route, dates and vehicle availability. Send me your itinerary and I can help estimate the driving logistics and prepare a quote.
What is included in the transportation price?
Each quote will state the agreed vehicle, driver, route, service hours or days and any included travel expenses. Admissions, activities, meals, accommodation and guide services are not automatically included.
Can I contact Marco directly?
