Marco Herrera provides private and customized tours in Ecuador. Services may be delivered directly by Marco Herrera or, when necessary, by trusted professional collaborators.

2. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once a deposit has been received or an explicit agreement has been made between both parties.

Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation.

3. Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure the booking
• The remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the service
• Clients are responsible for any transfer or payment fees
• Payments are typically made in USD (United States Dollars)

4. Pricing

Prices are based on private service conditions and may vary depending on group size, logistics, and customization.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include:

• Entrance fees
• Meals and drinks
• Personal expenses
• Tips

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are generally non-refundable
• Changes or cancellations made in advance may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Last-minute cancellations may result in full loss of payment

6. Changes to Itinerary

Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road situations, safety concerns, or operational factors.

Reasonable adjustments will always be made to maintain the quality of the experience.

7. Collaboration with Third Parties

Some services may involve third-party providers such as transportation services, local guides, or activity operators.

While we work only with trusted partners, we are not responsible for the independent actions or services of third parties.

8. Client Responsibility

• Clients must provide accurate information relevant to the tour
• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings
• Clients must follow safety instructions given during the tour
• Clients are responsible for having appropriate travel insurance

9. Health and Physical Conditions

Some tours may involve physical activity or altitude conditions. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating.

10. Limitation of Liability

Marco Herrera shall not be held liable for:

• Weather-related disruptions
• Natural events or force majeure
• Accidents outside reasonable control
• Loss or damage of personal belongings

11. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to road closures, strikes, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
